9month who was STTN now waking.....
« on: July 08, 2010, 22:11:38 pm »
hello,

my DD had slept thru from 3 months, aside form a a short spell of EW's ( happy playing) every now and then which has been easily adjusted by giving more A time....
however, approx 3 weeks ago, she started waking  at night crying, i thought that this was prob OT, as she had started to reuse her pm sleep occasionaly ( i was doing long am/shortpm), her crying out at night was 2-3 times a night, and i had to go in, repostion her in the bed ( she was starting to scoot and crawl). so i cleand up her OT, pretty well i thought hee hee ;),
but now, she will still wake 1-2 times, and at all diff times, i am no longer needing to go in , she resettles herself, and it's not really crying it's more a 'wah, i'm here, then shuffling about, and she will either go back to sleep straight away and the other wake up lasts about 10-15 min, i can hear her moving about. then when she is asleep i go in and retuck her in ( she is in a sleeping bag tho) but ends up all over the cot.
i thought thsi coud be SA, so 3 nights ago i put a top of mine in the cot, and i have noticed that when she wakes she resettles by snugglign this adn her lovie.
so....here is EASY
E;7am bottle 8 brekfast
A 615 to 915/930
S 930 to 1015/1030

2nd A is 3 hours
S is 1.5 hours

3rd A is max 3.5 hours
asleep for night no later than 645pm
not sure really why she i waking? SA? moving about in cot? OT ( which i really dont thinks he is! anymore)
thank you!! x

hi

thanks agin for you help!

no i havent been going on, she will cry on /off/whimper, but then stop and be restless from anywhere to 5-20 min. i will go in after she asleep as often she is caught up in the cot bars, which is actually i wonder why she is waking?? ever since she started to crawl ( 3 weeks ago) she is EVERYWHERE in her cot during the night, so.......last night i used a safe t sleep, had been against it, as i know she likes to move, but my thinking was, perhaps she doesnt really want to be moving that much in her sleep and waking up either ;), so last nite she slept 630 till 6am, and only woke we think as my hubby had to get up early to go to the airport, i did not hear a peep outta her all night!
so thats where we're at....i think i may try the safe t sleep for the next 2-3 nights, then remove? thoughts? xx

hi,

so 2 nights with the safe t sleep adn she hasnt woken wiht a cry, i heard her 'stir' at 3am, adn straight back to sleep, for 11.5 hour nights....im guessin the safe t sleep contains her 'everywhereness'  ;)

she is the the link of what safe t sleepis.....
http://www.safetsleep.com/

my DD sleeps on her tummy, so can be used this way too, adn i have it really loose aroudn her so she can still 'move' but just to the end and back and upside down and in the bars! xx
