Thank you, Liz!

Yes, for a long time that is what my husband and I thought, because she would nurse every 3 hours from midnight-noon, and then ever 2 hours from noon-midnight, plus of course the way she slept.

We started forcing A time when she nursed in the morning, not letting her "nap" back to back between 8am and noon.

Now we've started APOP for naps and when she wakes up 45 minutes after bedtime.  Major progress!  two nights ago she went down at 11:30, then last night 11, then tonight 10:45.  We're holding her when she wakes early from naps and when she wakes early at night.  She definitely wants to be asleep after 7 or 8pm, but just can't stay asleep on her own.  Her eyes pop open every five minutes.

I think we need to keep working on extending naps so that she is not OT heading to bed.  But we're getting there!

Does she sleep in a moses basket still or too big now?

I've been placing a muslin over the basket to block any stimulation but my LO is only 9 weeks so still fits in there - god knows what I will do when we move him to the cot!?!?!?
