When exactly do you drop the cat nap? How much naptime should a 6.5 month old be getting?

hi there
LOs are ready to drop the catnap when they are doing A times of 3 hrs or more - generally this is around the 6.5-7 month range. Nap sleep of this age ranges anywhere from 2 naps of 1.5 each, to 2 long naps and a catnap.

Although my Ds is 4 mths, we're working through shortening/dropping CN right now too.. can be tricky... but I think we're getting there...
Good luck hun

Where is this "cat nap board"?
I'm confused about keeping DD up so long. If her 2nd nap of the day ends at about 3, that would be over 3 hours of activity time and she will definitely be OT by then!
