Twins Night Waking
« on: July 28, 2010, 10:43:17 am »
I am having problems with my 23 month old twins waking in the night..... I am absolutely shattered.

They go to bed at 7pm after their bottle of milk and then they wake up at least twice in the night wanting a bottle of milk, or they have lost their dummy.  I have tried watering the milk down in the night and offering water but nope they want the full thing MILK!!! and I have also tried getting rid of the dummy but they just scream and wont go to sleep without it.

They have now also started waking up at 4.30 - 5.30 am and wont go back to sleep, which I am finding very hard.

They are in separate rooms and have been since they were 8 months old.

Can anyone help or suggest anything.

They sleep during the day from 12.30 to 1.45 they have their tea at 5pm bath at 6pm and in bed after their bottle of milk at 7pm

I would really appreciate any advance as i am sooooo tierd

Kind regards
