I have pushed the nap, he was up at 6.30am today and asleep at 12.30 - 1.30 I dont think i should push his naptime any later but i was just trying to get back to our old set naptime of 12.30 for when his wakeups were 7am.
Do you think i should keep it at 12.30 to see if it evens out again? its been sooooo long since we had a 7am wakeup and a 12.30 naptime that Im not even sure if it would still work anymore

I would try keeping it at 12.30 for a few days, provided his mornings don't start too early.

I would def stick to it for a few days, remember the 55min nap monster took a little while to go when you did set times before but it DID go didn't it?!!

Very true ladies, we had a couple of wakings last night but they didn't last long, the 5am one surprised me, usually when he wakes at 5am there's no going back to sleep but I patted him and he went back to sleep, he woke up at 6.40! So 6.15pm to 6.40am is pretty darn good! He does have a stuffy blocked nose again though *sigh* just as we get over one illness.....
