« on: August 05, 2010, 23:22:39 pm »
My LO is now 18 months old and my HV seams o think her route cause of not sleeping is sereration anxiety.. sorry i did not know where to post this.

Lo has never slept through the night and i am exhausted, i was just wondering if you had any tips on seperation anaxiety. we have put her in a nursery for 3 hours a day once a week. she also does blue breathing and passes out frequently!

She has suffered with this terribly from 7mnths, and i am at a loss at what to do. HV suggested bring her back to our room in a travel cot but there is just no room.
she has been poorly/ teething from 3.5m fisrt t from 4mnths. she has a gd day time routine

wake 7
nap  9.30 - 10.30 - 11
lunch

nap 2.30 - 3.30-3.45
bed routine. ie bath etc in bed by 7
- 7.30
sshe has never been able to fall asleep on her own

but she is calmer and will have quiet timenow she walks

Hi,
Can you tell me a little bit about what exactly happens. What is your wind down for bedtime? Does she have a lovey? how does she settle for bed and naps?
What does stand out is that most lo's are on one nap by this age. 2.5 A time is very short for her age - does she have long NWings?
