Nope no more milk in the night trust me i have come this far, pretty sure Freddie has got to used to it now!

I did try DF meds with Ellie but she wouldnt take it! but will try again i do give her medicine before she goes to sleep.

I have noticed as well now they are near enough sleeping through the night they naps are shorter? espically Freddie he will sometimes only have an hour! they also seem happier as well as they are getting a better night sleep!

I suppose i cant complain they go to bed at 7pm normally asleep by 7.30 - 7.45 and they dont wake until 7.45 - 8 and at the weekend it was 8.30!

Just need Ellie teeth to come throug and we will be one happier and less tierd family!

Thank you for your support, its nice to speech to someone who has been there! x

if its working for you then id go with it.just look out for them getting OT as their NW might get worse.in that case we can think again with their naps but for now id see how things go. Thats a good night sleep!

With Daisy when she is teething and i know she is likely to wake in the night i give her meds at her bedtime, usually calpol, then at my bedtime i sneak in and get a syringe of nurofen or calprofen into her.i just find it stops her waking with the pain cos if i dont she can be awake for a while while the meds kick in xxx

I will try again with the DF Meds and see what happens!

I would like them both to sleep abit more on at their nap time so i can get abit more done in the house! but if they are sleeping better during the night then i'm happy! will just have to get jobs done when they to go bedtime!

Sorry i havent been in touch had a bad week, not with the twins which is good.

Freddie is now sleeping through the night Ellie is getting there she a good night last which is great and she has now been off the dummy for nearly a week, i thought to myself if i am going to sleep train them then i might as well sleep train them without their dummies as well, Freddie gave his dummy up over a year ago and Ellie has done really well, the first few nights were quite bad but she is getting better!

Next step is moving them into big beds but we are away on our hols next week so will do that when we get back.

My partner had a motor bike accident he is ok thank goodness apart from a busted knee cap! so he is out of action at the moment!

Lets hope that the twins carry on sleeping through the night like they are as mummy will be the one getting up throughout the night! fingers crossed they have cracked the sleeping.

Thank you for all your help advice and support throughout the last few weeks its been great hearing different things and advice from parents that have been there!

Next step is big beds but i think i may not do this together depends on how brave i am!

Trust me there is no going back i am enjoying my sleep to much I'm sure i will have bad nights but they seem to be doing really well espically Freddie!

Thats what worries me with putting them in a big bed! as they will have great fun taking everything out of their draws and cupboards!

Ellie hasn't climbed out yet but Freddie has and last week he actually fell out! So i think i do need to move him into a big bed! before he does himself an injury!
