I took it after having DD and had not problems with it until I stopped BF when I just had constant bleeding and had to change to a combined pill.
TBH, if you have noticed a change in his behaviour whilst feeding (after starting the pill) and it lasts more than a few days- so you rule out a GS, I would go back to the doctor and discuss other contraceptive methods.
