Hi there, it could be several things. First, yes it's normal :-) Sleep isn't linear with these LOs. Two things I think could be happening:
One is that there is a big growth spurt around now, so if she's eating and going back to sleep it's fine, just give her a top up at her waking at 7 and eventually that 5 a.m. feed will merge with the 7 a.m. feed. Is she taking a good amount at the DF?
It could also be a signal that she needs more A time if she's waking to play at that early hour. You may try capping her PM nap to 1.5 hrs since she's still on a CN to see if that helps. Between now and 8 mths is when they start to work towards dropping the CN. Most LO are done with the CN when they have 3 hrs A time consistently. It's a bit of a wonky time as they transition.
