3.5 EASY examples for BF babies
« on: September 23, 2010, 22:24:27 pm »
Hi,
I am looking for a few EASY examples for 3.5 EASY for my BF LO.  We are about to move into the 3.5 hr EASY, and would like a few options to compare and see what will work best for us.  This is our current 3 hr EASY:

E - 6AM (1.5 hr nap)
E - 9AM (1.5 hr nap)
E - 12PM (1.5 hr nap)
E - 3PM (45 min catnap)
E - 5PM
E - 6.30 (bed by 7, 7.15)
DF - 10ish
NF - 2ish

Thanks

Thanks for your reponse.  Yes, I have looked at those.  I guess I was just hoping to see a few more examples from exclusively BF moms for the 3.5 easy so I could have a few more options to go off of.

You could try here: http://babywhispererforums.com/index.php?topic=10384.0 but be warned, it's a long long thread and isn't just exclusively BF babies or just 3.5h EASY. But does show the wide variety of EASYs for similar aged babes

I used to use these examples a lot  :) when looking for ideas

If I remember correctly, ours went something like this (DD hit 3.5 hr easy around 4 months):

E: 7
A
S: 8:45-10:30
E: 10:30
A
S: 12:15-2:00
E: 2:00
A
S: 3:45-5:00
E: 5:30
A
S: 7:00

The 3.5 was a little tricky for us since the last two feeds were so close to each other and DD has always been a little cranky if she's not really hungry and I try to feed her.  I ended up giving her a smaller feed at 5:30  and a full feed at 7:00.
