EASY routine for preemie baby - based off actual age or adjusted age??? HELP

My LO was born 10/17, 4 1/2 wks early (due 11/18). Today her actual age is 8 wks and 5 days and her adjusted age (from due date) is 4 wks and 1 day. I found the following link for sample EASY schedules (http://babywhispererforums.com/index.php?topic=164027.0), should I go off the 8 wks of age group or 4 wks???

Hi!  Congratulations on your LO! 

I have an LO who was 9 weeks early. Now she is 9 months, 7 months adjusted.  I have always based her EASY on her adjusted age and it has worked fabulously until just recently.  Now, as I think she's starting to catch up, I am using somewhere between actual and adjusted. So I'd suggest starting with her adjusted age since she's so young.
