Quiet time?

We are dropping the last nap and are having lots of trouble keeping Darya in her room for quiet time. Any tips? Do you do quiet time?

dd1 has stories on a cd that she listens to tucked up in bed in the dark.  She is allowed to come and find me when the stories are finished - works really well for us.  She quite often ends up falling asleep listening to them anyway!

hi, as far as I remember we never did quiet time when dd stopped napping. she was much too "awake" for the quiet time IYKWIM.
if you managed to have your girl napping at her age, that's a huge accomplishment IMO.
dd stopped napping close to 18 months.
she just stopped and that was it.

anyway- PP's method sounds cool to me ;)
