How to do wake to sleep right?
« on: March 05, 2011, 02:09:24 am »
Hi everyone and anyone willing to help!

I posted in another board earlier this week and am still waiting for some help. So I read the book again and I think I found some of my answers! Anyhow, 7 1/2 month old DD and I are going to give W2S a try to start tackling all our issues. One at a time right? :)

Here are my questions:  DD wakes up at 2 or 4 am. Should I w2s her at 1 AND at 3 for the next few days? Also, and most importantly: does she need to get completely awake or just a bit disturbed? That's the part that makes me the most nervous about doing this...

Thanks so much for the help!

Thanks for your quick reply! I was so tired, I never answered. I started W2S on saturday night. Sat was a total disaster, but last night was a total success. I'm going to keep it up for the rest of the week! Thanks for the advise!
