long nw

Not sure what is going on here, but over the last week Alyssa has been having one nw that lasts up to two hours. She fusses, sits ups, plays and fusses some more. She is medicated for teeth and I think this is the time it wears off, so I medicate again, but it takes ages for her to fall back asleep. We still have one nF and I don't feed her until 4am. I just reduced her A time as she was getting OT.

here is yesterday
wake 6:45
nap 10-11:30am
nap 2:40-4:05pm
bed 7:15pm

Hugs Sabrina.  Is there any way you can give her a df of meds before the dose wears off?

I could try that, if I can get my sleepy bum out of bed. LOL.

I noticed that her nws are normally between 3-4am and I know she is waking out of habit for a nf.   :'(  I am pushing her to 5am now for that feed. Last night she woke up at 4am, I gave her meds and tried to settle her until 5am. She was in and out sleep. The moment I gave her some milk she went to sleep.
