Hi all
This is really starting to drive me crazy.. DD is 12 weeks and she has never been great at napping, she cries and cries when trying to get her down. Shh/pat no longer works, when she eventually gives in and falls asleep with her dummy she will then wake/squirm/cry every few minutes for the entire nap. Every time I need to go in replug dummy (or sometimes not if she still has it in her mouth) and try and resettle her either by picking her up to calm her down, or changing her position or rubbing her back.
It's no better in the pushchair nor in the car. She struggles to go off to sleep and then can't stay asleep...I've tried cutting her A time back to an hour and I've tried putting her down after 1 yawn (sometimes this can be just 45 mins of A time)...I've also tried going the other way and spinning her out to 1h30 A time but no matter what I do it's the same.
IU should add she's on Zantac for reflux although I'm more and more wondering if she also has other pain as the reflux seems to be under control (or so I thought)
The other thing to add is she is not like this at night. At her bedtime feed I put her down with no dummy and she goes straight off to sleep (or with just a bit of mantra crying) We then dream feed her at about 10.30 and she feeds agin at about 3.30. She resettles well usually after these feeds (unless she doesn't bring up all her wind) and this morning she then slept until 8am after her night feed

I know the final A is long but I cannot get her to nap properly in the afternoon. I also usually have to collect DS from nursery between 3.30 and 4.30 (I go depending on when DD is not going mental!)
I just don't know what to do here! It's driving me mad, I get so frustrated with DD and poor DS doesn't get a look in once home from nursery it's just a nightmare
Any advice most welcome
