what to do when LO drops CN??

hey there
my LO is 8 m now and her A times (including E) where and still are not very long. so now at 8m we can have at least one 3h A and be o.k. for the past two days DD has droped her CN, she just doesn't want to setle for it. but what happens is we have a long long sesion untill BT and she can't handle it. but i can't put her to bed any earlier as she usualy goes down at 7:00pm and wakes up at 6am.
our easy- give or take:

6am- wake and BF
6:20- A
8:00-S
9:30-E solids
10:00-A
12:00-BF
12:30-S
14:00-E solids
14:30-A
17:00- CN
17:40- A
18:00 E solids
18:30 bath
18:45 BF
19:00 S

now this with out the CN gives us a 5h A time that she can't handle.
so how do i tweak our routine to work??

Hey there hun, at this age your lo is totally ready to drop the CN, the first A is pretty short, have you tried extending it at all?

i have but with no luck. she gets so cranky. some times she even wants to go back to sleep after 1.5. it's even harder now as for the past 5 nights we've been having very bad sleep isues, she stoped STTN and now wakes every couple of hours, sometimes more. so she wakes for the morning preaty tired.

on a very difernt matter, been wanting to tell you that i was thinking of you all the time last month and hoping and praying you were o.k with all the mess going on.
