I started using the 4 S technique on my 12 week old after having major issues, and he has picked it up amazingly..he now self settles on his own using shush/pat and no longer needs to be rocked for his naps or use dummy (paci) to get to sleep at night!
The only thing is now he sleeps too well at his naps and I need to wake him up from them.. Is that OK?
A Typical EAS: (I do bath then feed, rather than other way round as works better for him)
