Well I cut them to the exact size of the window but in actual fact you should probably leave and inch or so all the way round to make sure no light gets in. I also think itrs a great idea to perhaps try and make your own sort of travel blind with the material as its way better than the material used for the gro anywhere blind.

I cant recommend them highly enough. i seen on the website that they also do 'snoozeshades' for buggys/prams. I would love to be able to afford one in the hope that it might help D sleep in the buggy!

Happy to help anyone who wants shipping.  :)

Thank you for all the great ideas! I need to do something NOW b/c ds is on a 5:30 am wake up kick. Between that and his nw's, I am sooo exhausted.

Emma, what an ingenious product!! Why can't the US have something like that?! Has anyone in the US searched for something like this and found it?! I'm going to today when ds goes down for his nap. :)
That is what I was thinking of doing - just getting the white block out liners and putting them up with velcro, over the windows. This way, I can easily take them up and down to open the windows.

Penguin Mom, nope I do not think you're crazy! LOL! I had to do something like that with dd when she was a baby. Eventually, she grew out of the 'dark' stage and could nap with just a simple curtain and minimal light in the room. However, both her and my ds now need them for the morning. As much as I love spring/summer, I do not like that my kids get up at 5:30am!!

I couldn't find anything. :(  I did think about trying to DIY as you said, though.  Seems like it could be done!
