A fellow BW'er suggested the 2-3-4 approach to me eg if LO wakes at 7am the day would look like:
A: 7am-9am
S: 9am-10am
A: 10am-1pm
S: 1pm-3pm
A: 3-7pm
I'm trying to follow this for my DS but he sleeps an 11hr night & I'm not sure which A times to increase & by how much. Or whether I need to decrease S times too. He's 8 months old & currently wakes at 5am ish.
Today for example we did:
A: 5am - 7.30am (2.5hrs)
S: 7.30am - 8.15am (45mins)
A: 8.15am - 11.30am (3h 15mins)
S: 11.25am - 12.40pm (1h 15mins)
A: 12.40pm -
?
His naps are falling short of the scheduled times & I don't know how to make it through to the end of the day without another nap - but we don't want to be taking CN anymore do we?
