Morning Ladies

I was wondering what you do for wind down time and approx how long does it last. We have been reading but it seems to put her into all smiles so not sure if it is working and only about 20 minutes.

What are some other things you do that work well for your little ones

THank you

Oh and another question. Would you do down time swaddled or unswaddled and then swaddle at the end of it ??

My LO didn't like a long winddown so ours was maybe 10 mins or so.  We said night to things on the to her cot.  Into her room, into her sleep sack,  close curtains,  snuggle with mummy and I sang a quiet song while she holding her and patting her back, then into cot and continue patting and sshing until she was settled then back away.
