After a short nap IE 30-45min, how long would you cut their next A time down to?

Depending on the nap length I'd personally cut by about 20 mins.  I know that cutting A times doesn't work for all babies though but had to with my guys otherwise they'd get more OT.

Her E is all over the place. I think we may be hitting the 4mth GS but our naps are 100x better today than they have been

That's great news.  I'm hoping you'll find that once you get on top of OT then she'll be able to transition through the sleep cycles by herself.

Yah yesterday was good. Last night was nother story. She was up every 1-1.5hrs "talking" to herself. I think we have hit the 4 month wakeful period :(
Really hoping for good naps today

So at about 6:00-6:15 she woke up but didnt get out of crib till 630. Do I use 630 as wake up time? so nap would be about 830??

Go with wake up time from when she actually woke up, not when you get her up.
