I think it's worth a shot - it's how we pushed out our day during our UK visit :-)

Fingers crossed!
The tweaking never stops!

So it didn't turn out like I had hoped :P

He cried out at 450,
again at 508 (I went in and changed his diaper hoping to keep him in bed)
Cried out at 522 (his sister cried out at 520, she sleeps in the basement and yet they both seem to stir at the same time)

Then DD woke for the day at 615 and DS woke at 620 after falling asleep at 830.

Today he napped from 1230-2, woke on his own.  I was going to let him sleep as long as he could but DD was up and I think she woke him, or he heard her between sleep cycles.

Now it is 740 and he is in bed still awake.  He has been in  there since 650.

I just don't even know what to do, but there has to be something better than this

our day goes like this:

awake: anywhere between 7-7.20am (lamp set on timer for 7.20am at the latest)
naptime : depending on waketime 1/1.15 to 2.30/2.45 he wakes naturally
bedtime 7.30pm

daycare days its the same except the nap is always shorter, anywhere between 45mins to 1 hour only but it doesnt worry me as its only 2 days a week and hes still a happy chappy.

Its weird but i always used to think he was low sleep needs yet since hes been settled in our new home hes sleeping the best hes ever slept in his life! does a total of around 13 hours in a 24 hour period, more when teething, used to be the opposite! Im loving this time of his life. I dont let him sleep past 3pm though as I love my evenings to myself and dont want to risk pushing it out
