1hr 15 naps and cry out at 45 mark? OT? UT?
« on: June 16, 2011, 15:39:09 pm »

I think I was in a UT/OT yesterday, just want a second opinion...

woke at 510am (sadly, this is her normal), first nap at 8am, woke at 915.  Then she was up until 1pm!!  She needed a little AP to settle (teething!) but has been asleep for 90 minutes now... she cried out at the 45 mark - OT from the UT nap in the morning??  She generally has a 3 hr A first thing, then 3 hr - 3 hr 15 A time to second nap, the 4 to BT.  She wasn't giving me any tired signs until she had been up for 3 hr 30 min and then it took me 15 min to get her settled for her nap.. . I am guessing she has hit OT head on??

I generally find if they cry out at 45 mins it means OT.

Sounds like she's a bit tired but hopefully she'll be back on track soon.  I don't actually wait for tired signs as find they can already be OT by the time they start showing signs.
