5.5 week old trying to start EASY but need help!

My son suffers from reflux and we're working on trying to find the best meds/formula combination. He is currently on Nutramigen and Zantac. This has been today's feeings: Please help me- I have no idea where to begin... ??? :(

2am- 3oz
sleep
745 am- 3oz
sleep
1145am- 3oz
play until 1 pm
145pm- 2oz
sleep
345- 2oz
sleep
745pm- 3oz
play
815pm- sleep
915pm- 1 1/2 oz
play
1015- sleep
1045- wake up

has not slept and is refusing to sleep since waking up at 1045

someone please help me get this erratic pattern under control!

{{HUGS}} it's hard to get things sorted when they are so tiny and you have reflux in the mix too. How much does he weigh and what dose of zantac is he on - how long has he been on it?

Can you put your whole EASY down, including the times he sleeps, you could be missing sleep windows which is why he can't/ won't settle.
So:

Eat - what times, how long for
Activity - how long for
Sleep - what times, how long for
