think there's a similar routine posted on the samples board. A lady in finland, aparently is the tradition. If it suits baby and mummy then go 4it! Xx

ok, so here is my new EASY and its still not working!!! :)
Wake 7:15/30
E 7:30/45
A 2.5 hr
S 10-11:40

E 12:00
A 2.5 hr
S 2:30-4:40

NO CN yesterday b/c by the time he was tired it was 6:50 and it would have made BT too late for his wakeup time so I skipped it and fed solids and gave bath and bottle was at 7:15.  He fell asleep eating and I held him for 20 mins b/c of reflux and then put him down, he slept great until 12:30, he started stirring I tried PAT/SSH and it wouldnt work, he just kept getting upset, worse and worse and couldnt settle without picking up and feeding....at 1:30 then he was dead asleep and I put him in the crib and he wokeup and started screaming, I tried to settle him numerous times and couldnt deal with it so I picked him up and took him in another room to calm him and let him relax for about 10 minutes and then put him back in his crib and PAT/SSH him to sleep took only a  few minutes....he was up a total of 2 hours this whole time. Then he slept great until 5:30 and wokeup crying, I put him on my chest and he was quiet instantly....does this sound like SA?  I feel horrible for letting him cry so hysterical last night, I should have intervened sooner....Is it ok to pick him up during this time?? If I get him settled and try to put him back down he gets upset before he even hits the mattress....
