How much time does W2S give you?

Does anyone know?  Also, does it work?  I am trying to beat the 45 minute nap monster and was thinking to try this route.

It worked for us for a bit when my DS was about 16weeks or so. The first few times it worked he slep for 1hr10min or so, then extended to 1hr40. For us it didn't fix the problem long term though. But my LO seems to be particularly resistant to napping :P hope that helps!
