Amy - DD def prefers to eat before sleep - makes EAS hard but tbh because her naps are so short we often end up feeding before sleep. I do feed her out of the bedroom and she is nearly always awake when she goes into her bed but it is the only way she will allow herself to get drowsy it seems.
I really wouldn't worry about this at this early stage.  Does she tend to nap better on a full tummy?  R definately did at that stage.

Hang on in there....Emma's angel wings actually disappeared the minute she turned two, just as Oscar's toucy sensors grew some longer antennae xxx

I never believed a spirited/angel was possible till I heard of Vicku's Lois and Cathie's Nick....it's a nice combo and def a lot easier than the spirited/touchy mix xxx

I've got one too. :)  Dd2 is definitely both and a lovely combination it is. :)

Things do seem to have improved a lot with more of an AES routine i.e. eating before sleeping. 9/10 she goes into bed drowsy but awake and puts herself to sleep so is that ok? She just seems to prefer it that way.....

she must just need the full tummy for now, I wouldn't worry if she's putting herself to sleep x

well it did not last long :(
Today has been sooo rubbish and she had a really hard time settling tonight too.
I think I must be getting her A times all wrong. It says at this age 1.15-20 but she is doing about 50 mins first thing and then about an hour after and she nearly always wakes around 50 mins. Do you think I should push her out to more age appropriate timings? I am so lost. We do something and it works for a day or two and then it all goes wrong again. I don't expect great naps all day at all but one would be nice. Horrid ending every day with an OT baby especially as DH is here atm so we have time to work on this.
