is it habitual wakening?
« on: August 24, 2011, 21:53:38 pm »
so with this and that going on I now think my LO is doing the so called habitual wakening.
She wakes up every morning around 5.00 am to get fed or I should say I feed her since she is crying.
Doesn't matter what time she goes to bed and no matter when her DF is - 5ish it is.
for example I DF usually at 11.00 pm but last night she screamed already at 9.00 pm so I nursed her early and she still woke up at 5.00....which is 8hrs not just 6...is that habitual? Do I just do a w2s?
I wish she would drop the 5.00 am and go until 7.00 from 11.00 - now that I know she can do an 8 hr stretch.
any suggestions to fix that?

Jay3 - thank you - so it is habitual. I will try the w2s but prob have to wait until she is done teething with round 1.  it's been pretty bad and I can't even post my easy since its a complete mess. I mean she is a bad napper anyhow but today for example she wouldn't nap for more than 30min.
Ill wait until nbr one cuts through - should be within a week it looks like and than go from there...thanks again.
