3 1/2 month

I am having a very similar problem with my 3 1/2 month old.  She used to go between 8-9 hours easily each night without waking but in the last 3 weeks has went way off!  When she was going these long stretches she was on a 2 hour EASY, but once she stopped sleeping through the night, I started stetching her to a 3 hour EASY.  She can now go 3 hours between feeds during the day no problem (as long as I distract her during the last 1/2 hour), but her napping is short (same as it was on 2 hour EASY).

This is our day, give or take an half an hour or so...
She tends to have activity time before and after sleep and feeds as her naps are not long enough...

7am E (her feeds take 10 min at most)
8am S (usually have to hold her off for this nap as she typically wants to go down within a half an hour of waking.  If she naps in the swing, I can get 2 hours out of her, if in crib, only 1 hour).
10am E (one side)
11am S (often only get 30 min nap out of her, however, sometimes I get the hour).
1pm E (one side)
2pm S (same short nap here)
4pm E (one side)
5pm (same short nap here)
6:30pm Bedtime routine
7pm E (always takes both sides on her own)
7:30pm S
Anywhere between 11pm-1am Eats. Then she will wake up within 2 hours hungry crying (won't be put off, just cries harder). Eats, will then sleep for 3 hours, eats and then typically wakes up within 2 hours again, eats and we are back at 7am.   It is as though she is cluster feeding at night? I could understand when she ate within 2 hours after going 8 hours, but now there is barely a stretch!

She goes down without any props for daytime naps (except if I put her in the swing for her 1st nap) and for night time sleep.  She tends to chatter for a couple of minutes, give a few token cries and then sleeps.  I suspect that she is night waking because she is over tired because of her terrible napping, but I am not sure what to do?  So far I have been feeding her everytime she wakes...

Any advice would be great!
Thanks!
