feeds 3hrly and then wakes 2hrly at night?

Hi
my 4 week old feeds 3hrly at day and 2hrly after the last feed at 10.  It's exactly two hourly. Sometimes he will eat a fair amount, others not.  He was doing three hourly at night a week ago, but not now.  What should i do.  I'm tired. He is refluxy but i don't think the NW are pain related....Help!

Can you feed more often during the day? 

What do you mean refluxy?
