Hi!  I have recently posted on here about my 15 month old and getting back on track after a crazy month.  I used PU/PD and WI/WO to get her back on track.  This seemed to work for a little while but she has kept waking at night.  I have the energy to put into the sleeping training for a little while but if it doesn't lead to sleeping through after a few weeks I gave in and just fed her when she woke so that I could get some sleep.  Several nights ago she was awake from 3:45 to 5:15 protesting not being fed even though I hadn't fed her at night for ages!?  So the past three nights I fed her.  She has woken at around 3:30 and then has been up for the day at 6:00ish, which is very early for her!?  I put her down for the night at 8ish, so that is a really long day.  I have been waking her up from her afternoon nap after 2 hours to avoid letting her do all of the catching up during the day.  Not sure where I am going wrong.  Shouldn't she be sleeping through at this point?!  Any help much appreciated!

Could you post your routine now? Is she teething? Is she eating enough in the day?

She had 8 teeth come through in September and I think we are having a well deserved break from teething at the moment.  I am not completely sure if she is eating enough in the day.  How much she eats goes up and down and it has been a little low lately.  She certainly get as much as she wants (I give her food until she refuses).  Here is her routine for the last few of days.....

NW- 3:45
Wake up 6:15
Nap 12:30-2:45 (had to wake her up)
Bedtime 8:00
NW - 3:15

Woke up 6:30
Nap 1:10-1:30 (yes only 20 minutes because she fell asleep in the car on the way home and then woke up on transfer inside.  I spent 1 hour trying to get her back to sleep with no success)
Bedtime 7:30
NW 3 something

Awake 5:25 (there was a time change overnight...old time it was 6:25)
Nap 11:50-2:20 (woke her)
Asleep 8:00
NW 3:00

Awake up 6:00
Bumped her head and asked for a bf at 9:40 - fell asleep instantly and I let her sleep for 20 minutes
Nap 1:30-3:00 (had to wake her because we had to go out)
Bedtime 8:10

I know that she is probably OT but I don't want her to get used to getting the sleep she needs during the day rather than in those early morning hours.  Before these last few days she seemed happy with a wake up around 7:30 a 1.5 to 2 hour nap starting at around 12:30 or 1:00 and then a 8:00 bedtime.  Any thoughts?!

Just MHO but your A times do look a little long. Our A times are about 5 hours at 21 months.

Do she have 3 good meals and 2 snacks? Milk to drink?

Yes up until these past few days that I posted she was waking up at around 7:30 and then going down at about 12:30, which is about a 5 hour A time.  On nursery days they can't put her down before 1:00 so it is a little longer then.  She is offered three meals and two snack plus 2 to 3 milk feeds each day.  How much she eats is variable but generally pretty good.  Any thoughts?

Just that it could be a build up of OT. Seems she has 10 hour nights and then an A time of over 6 hours. I would be putting her down for a nap at around 11.30 until it settles down again.

EWdit - meant to say and then aiming for an earlier BT  :)
