CLuster feeding - Question about the bedtime/nighttime routine..

a friend of mine on another forum was telling me about the routine in the book..she said cluster feed at 5 & 7 or 6 and 8 and then dream feed around 10 or so.....does this apply to formula/bottle babies too or just breastfeeding..as I have only heard of cluster feeding when referring to breastfed babies..

I will move this to bottle feeding section to see if someone there knows (both my boys breastfed so don't know, sorry)

This is also for ff (formula fed) babies to. The purpose is to fill their tummies so after the df they sleep a good 5-6 hrs.

ok thanks ladies!!...she has actually been sleeping from 11pm till 5 or 6am after a feed at 7 or 8 then again at 11....
