Hi, new here! So happy i found this site! (hate CIO method!)
I'm boggled and going insane. I need my sleep back! My lo is waking now 3 sometimes 4 times a night! She is 7 months and has been sleeping 12hr stretches since 4 months, 8hr stretches since 3! I think I ruiined this by once giving her a bottle when she woke, must have been a mantra cry, now I have read what they are! I'm desperate for my sleep back! She naps twice in the day for 2 hours each time, once about 2 hours after she gets up in the morning, and again about 3/4 hours after that.
Her schedule:
9am wake and cereal and or finger foods(she started feeding herself, picking up food)
10am play
11am bf and nap .... OH this is what I might be doing wrong, she's going for naps with bf
1pm wake and cereal and or puréed foods
2pm play
4pm bf and nap
6pm puréed foods and or cereal
7pm play
8pm bath, change, quiet time
8:30/9pm bed
Then she gets up at about 12am, 3am, 5am and sometimes 6am!
Will try the diluted formula idea tomorrow night and possibly when she wakes again tonight. And will read the separation anxiety forum. We did just cut 2 teeth last week, but this started a month ago? Could it have been the teeth waking her a month ago?? And I just got her into the habit of eating every night??
Help! I want to sleep again! I'm so tired and Now frustrated with my cat, starting to blame it for causing her to wake! LOL I know this is ridiculous!

Hi there, yes teeth can certainly be to blame, have you tried any pain meds at any of the wakings?  She may also be looking for a bit more A time, you could try waking her at 1.5 hrs from her naps to see if that helps.
The tweaking never stops!
