Hi again,
so she did me one perfect weekend, and is now back to 45 min naps, she is awake for approx 1 1/2 hours, she is 15 weeks.  Am thinking she is undertired...I will send you her routine for the next 2 days, keep meaning to write it down and forget :-).  Am struggling with stuff at the mo.

Sounds like she has adjusted and needs a little push ;)  I would head towards 1 hr 45 mins and see what happens after a couple of days time :)
