Oh honey you poor thing. I have been there too and it is SO disempowering and exhausting and challenging......you are doing really well for continuing to investigate (what else can you do right...!?!)
Here are some more ideas......
Do you think its worth getting her checked out at the GP? No doubt they will suggest leaving her to cry (sorry, thats a bit cynical....maybe they wont...but its worth checking her ears etc and finding out if her early arrival can mean this might be an issue....?)
I'd go onto the EASY forum and get lots of eyes looking at her routine on a fresh board to make absolute sure her routine is about right for her for now
I found that after awhile things were all so crap anyway that I figured I may as well do whatever it takes to get some more sleep out of my child as he certainly wasnt going to improve while being waaaay OT!!!!!!!! So to that end I actually did a lot of AP deliberately....I fed before naps til really drowsy, then used W2S a lot to help him transition between cycles (nudging him after 35 minutes every nap) and letting him sleep on and with me until we got some proper sleep under our belt......
To be honest, I found night sleep training much easier once he was less tired and I even had him in our bed feeding when he liked for a few nights to try and offset some of both his and my over tiredness. I coped much better with the new plan with some sleep under my belt. Getting him back to his cot was really really easy for us especially as he was on a much better routine, he wasn't OT and I was mentally ready to tackle PUPD now I'd slept a bit!
Just a few thoughts, I know you're probably getting a bit desperate.......what do you think?
