Hola,
Thanks again for your replies.
Hopefully a short background. Bas has never trully slept through the night. When he was baby he used to wake up at nights and be fed.
That lasted for almost a year or maybe more, cannot really remember. He used always to wake up a different time, and that's why I kept feeding.
He is really big for his age, so I assumed it was trully hunger.
It stopped naturally. We didn't need to train him to drop the bottle.
The rutine daily changed timing wise because he used to wake up mornings in very different timings. Sometimes at 5, sometimes at 7, sometimes at 6. No two days were ever the same.
Now he wakes up around 7 more or less every morning. But normally he will NW last around 4 or 5.
When he wakes at night he normally needs 2 minutes, you go lay him down, get him his blanky and goes down again. Many times however he needs longer to settle down. Most of this ones he needs/wants an extra cuddle. Which we normally give him.
He does not cry, or most of the times he doesn't. He just calls and calls. We normally wait until the third call to come.
Today's routine is more or less so:
7. 13.00 Wake up and start activity (He does go to daycare)
13.30 - 14.45 Sleep
14.45 Activity
19.30 Wind down/Sleep
I cannot get an schedule together for the night. Although he has waves. So he had a wave where he would wake up always around 1.30, then he had a wave of about 2.30. Now we are in the wave around 3.30.
Of course develpmental changes mean more or less he will be up every hour from around 1 until 6 am.
I had always have the feeling he is in a permanent developmental change. He acts older as his age, he is physically bigger as the kids his age and he is a very big heart walking with diaper.
We have started pt since last weekend, but all above is beyond this time.
Thanks again
