How to "re-set" when OT

As we have been trying to encourage more independent sleep, our nights have been unpredictable. When she wakes up at night, it's taking her a bit longer to go down, which eats into her overall sleep total (and quality of sleep!). Now it's affecting our naps. We had been getting wonderful 2 hour naps, but now, for the past two days, we are getting 30 minute naps. She acts tired, not refreshed, so to me, she's clearly OT. Is this something we need to just wait out, i.e., once nights get better, naps will go back, or, is there anything we can do to help break the OT cycle? We've tried extending her naps without much luck. Thank for any thoughts.

Hi, sorry we missed this :(  How have things been the past couple of days? If we ever got into a bad OT spiral, I would try to AP naps for a couple of days (hold to sleep, nap in carrier or stroller, etc).

How old is your LO? If you'd like to post your EASY, we can see if your routine might be due for a bit of a tweak :)
