I have been EBFing and my DD has a dairy allergy. I am suspecting maybe wheat too???? How long does wheat take to get out of your Breast milk and for the baby to feel better, stools and all?  I have done tons of research on dairy and it took 20 days for the blood to completely stop and etc, and talking/seeing her pedi.  And I cant seem to find anything on the net about a wheat/gluten allergy and breast milk?

HI, I am not sure to be honest. I would have thought a week or 2 and you should see a difference. Not sure how long for it to be totally out though.
