8 month old- routine tweak needed?
« on: September 14, 2012, 15:22:47 pm »
Dds easy

Wu 7.15
A 3h50 have been on this a for almost two weeks as I was getting short naps...
Nap1 1.5-2hr
A 3h15
Nap2 35-60 min
A 2-2.25 hr
BT 6.50-7.15

My question is that over last few days dd nap1 has shortened from 2 hr to 1.5 hr so will I have to increase her a time soon to prevent nap from shortening further? Or should I wait till it shortens?

No, no. 1.5h nap is still a restorative nap and it's great that you are getting that. I would, however, try and lengthen her second A so you get a full nap (1.5h). It's actually better that she does only 1.5h in the AM because then you can fit another 30min A in the day for her second A.
