« on: September 17, 2012, 23:20:25 pm »
Help!!!!!  My DS is just older then 2 and gradually his EW are getting earlier.  This morning it was 4.45!!!!! He has a day time sleep at 1.30 and I always wake him between 3-3.30 (depending on when I've finished feeding his sisters) He is almost always grumpy at this time of the day. His bed time is somewhere between 7-7.30.  He sleeps well except for waking up WWWAAAAYYYY to early!!  please any advice would be very appreciated.

It sounds like he is getting too much daytime sleep to have the drive to sleep in the early morning. At 26mo, I'm guessing he probably needs only 1.5hr day sleep and an 11-11.5hr night.

Is he getting any teeth right now? Molars can play a big factor in EW.  Also, have you used or seen a Gro-Clock or similar? http://gro.co.uk/gro-clock It was instrumental in helping my DD sleep through her EW at about 2yr old.
