help! We're ot, i think... pm nap was 50min yesterday. First A 3h 55min, second A 3h 25min (pd at 3h 5min), last A 4h (pd at 3h 20min). The night before was 3nw, 6:20am wu and only 10h night sleep in total...
Last night was 2 nf (11:30pm and 3:30am) with wu 6:05am (10h 15min night sleep)... So should we just be patient or do i need to adjust As?
Maybe i'm freaking out a little, but is it better to have 2 short naps in a day which aren't restorative and aim for ebt, or one longer hopefully restorative am nap (but a long A until ebt). Either way DD seems to be ot? Aaaaand that 10hr (+up to 30min) night sleep looks like it's not going anywhere... So ebt seems to still mean early wu atm!
