Hi I'm new to EASY with my nearly 7 wk old any big Ethan.
I'm waiting on the book to arrive but have picked up lots of advice from this forum but I'm confused about a few things. Following my first post I now understand I was keeping Ethan up to long at around 2hrs naughty mummy :-( and this is why we they went in and out of napping till his next feed time basically 10-20mins at a time before he'd wake an we had to re settle. However this morning were up at 7 bottle warmed and given at 7:15am took nearly 5oz burped changed into day clothes little time on changing mat talking and lettin him kick then back downstairs for cuddle to relax and put in Moses basket around 8:05 however shhhh/pat has jst taken till 9:05 with Ethan only jst falling asleep!!! Should I really wake him at 10 or do leave till he wakes natural??
Sorry I know this might be an obvious question but I'm literally only just picking this up and without te book yet
Thanks
Rebekah xx

If he's only just fallen asleep I'd let him sleep past 10am but not let him sleep more than 4hours from the start of his last feed.  At this age there is a fine line between getting good day sleep but also fitting in enough feeds so they get the bulk of their calories in the day if that makes sense.  You'll probably find he'll wake before 11am anways xx

LOL!  At this stage sure they are awake half the night feeding anyways but the aim is to get most feeds in during the day!  But what a fab sleep.  Hope you used the time to sit on your bum and drink tea and didn't do anything silly like housework!
