Freakishly long nap...should I wake her?
« on: November 06, 2012, 13:42:37 pm »
My DD is one of the worst nappers around - 45 minutes tops usually.  She's a refluxer and her nights are awful at the moment too.

Today, after swimming, she has been asleep for 2h 40 minutes.  She was due to feed at 12.30pm - I usually feed three hourly but with her bedtime feed starting at 6pm.

My question is simply should I wake her?

I personnally would let her sleep but only up to 3h (or 4h between feeds). She's probably OT with all the short naps and bad nights so it's good for her to recuperate.

I'd let her sleep and take her swimming more often!

I know - maybe I should go every morning!

She woke up after 2h 50 minutes!
