We're smack in the middle of it and need some encouragement!

Any moms out there who can share how they got through it and survived?  I haven't read many success stories :) :) :)

We survived!! Granted nursery did a lot of the hard work by way of keeping him up but we survived. Hear to listen if you need an ear and hug.

Survived?!

Best thing I ever did with both of my difficult sleepers.

Memories are a bit faded from DS now, but with DD I know she as really tired at her old am nap time, and needed pushing past it a bit.

But basically for both my kids being on 1 nap solved a LO of my EW and NWing issues. DD went from waking at 4.30am to waking at 7am  ::) ::) :D.

DD was 10 months when I went to 1 nap, and DS 12 months.

Sorted out the EWs for my DD too! We just switched straight to 1 nap when she turned 1 - made life much easier!

Of course I'm being a bit dramatic when I say "survived."  :) Although it feels like something that you have to survive when you're in the thick of it.

For us, it's causing NWs and EWs, or so we think.  I'm hoping we will get past it and we're making the right decision.  Two naps were becoming downright impossible, and his nights were getting shorter and shorter.

Anyone go through bumps such as these, but kept on and everything worked out?  Or did you have to go back to two naps for a bit.

Our son is just about 15 mos and we started the 2-1 just over a week ago.
