Moving House with spirited LO

Hi
We're moving house in 2 weeks with our spirited 2 yo. She is slow to adapt to change and doesn't like new experiences at first. It'll be a stressful day obviously. We have family around to help but it'll be a very unsettling day for her.
I was just wondering if anyone has any advice on what to do/not to do to make it a smooth transition as possible?
She's not a good sleeper either so the nights will be a challenge too!

Give her as long as possible in her new room to settle in, get in a nap there if you can before night...
Can you take her to see the new house before you move? Do you think that will help - some do better with the thinking/prep time and some stew and stress

Thanks for your reply. We've been about a week ago and showed her her new room but she asked to go home. But to her it's just a boring empty house so I understand why she wasn't engaging with what we were saying.
Ill try to spend as much time with her in her room on the moving day. Im also getting a book about moving house to see if that helps her understand whats going to happen
Im afraid we are going through the 1-0 transition so it's hard enough getting her to nap at home atm never mind in the new house with people everywhere. She'll be far too interested in what's going on. The tiniest noises spark her interest so with all the banging around I doubt she'll settle. Ill show her where she's going to sleep though and spend time getting her room ready.

Oh, the joys of 1-0... haven't met that one yet, TG! Getting her to help set up her room and choose where things go should help her settle into her new room.
