Let sleeping babies lie, right?

12wo dd is asleep for 2 hours now.  I hate to wake her.  Do I?  We don't often get good naps during the day and her nighttime sleep is poor at the moment (waking every 3 hours but may be due to reflux?)

When do you wake a sleepy baby?  If I wake her, would she really be hungry anyway?

At that age I wouldn't let her go more than 3.5hrs after her last feed and I wouldn't let any nap go over 2hrs15 unless she had awful naps all day in which case I might let her do 2.5hrs if she would still have a full A time before bed. Sleeping too long and going too long between feeds in the day can take away from any long stretch they might otherwise do at night and could mean not having time for all 5 feeds and needing extra food at night. I found that to be true with both of mine. HTH.
