Well if anyone here knows how much a baby should eat on a 4 hour base ... so like at 7 am 11 am 3 pm 7 pm and at thd Dream Feed around 10 pm? My baby is 17 weeks old , and having around 150 ml is that enough?

That sounds about perfect
it does vary but 750ml (25oz) over 24hrs is about average so she is bang in that assuming she takes that at each of her 5 feeds (4 daytime plus the DF). Here is more info
