Trouble sleeping in the evening

We have been trying to follow the EASY routine (4 week) for our baby who is nearly five weeks old for a few weeks now. We can generally stick to the routine ok but she seems particularly troublesome at the 7pm (ish) sleep after her bath and before her 8pm cluster feed. It takes a relatively long time to get her down and she seems to 'wake' and cry every 10 minutes or so. We generally end up feeding her a little early because she seems to be very hungry before 8. So I think she isn't really getting any sleep for that catnap.
Would appreciate any thoughts / insights? I have heard that the evenings tend to be when babies seem to cry the most so not sure if it is just normal. If you necessary I can post today's EASY.

Hi! Would you like to go ahead and post your EASY? At 5 weeks routine is used very loosely. Just take things as they come, feed and cuddle a lot, but of course we'd be glad to take a look and see if we can help!!:)

Thanks.
Her EASY yesterday went like this:
E 7:00am - 7:15
A 7:15 - 8:30 (including quite a long wind down where she cried a fair bit when I put her down - I think she was particularly grumpy yesterday)
S 8:30 - 9:45
E 9:45 - 10:05
A 10:05 - 10:55
S 10:55 - 12:55
E 12:55 - 1:10
A 1:10 - 1:40
S 1:40 - 4:00 (she woke up at 2:35 so I changed her nappy and she went back to sleep)
E 4:00 - 4:20
A 4:20 - 5:15
S 5:15 - 6:00
E 6:00 - 6:15
A 6:15 - 7:15 (including bath time and about 15 minutes wind down)
S? 7:15 - 7:45 - this is the one where I am not sure she slept as she cried every 10 minutes or so
A 7:45 - 7:50
E 7:70 - 8:05
A 8:05 - 8:45 (she cried twice in the beginning but seemed ok after doing sssh pat)
S 8:45 - 10:50
E 10:50 - 11:00
S 11:00 - 3:05am
E 3.05 - 3:25
A 3:25 - 3:45 (nappy change and 4S routine)
S 4:10 - 6:00 (where we ssh patted and then she slept again till 6:30am)
Hope this helps. She is bottle fed and seems to eat very quickly which means that we either have to give her more activity time or she gets a fair amount of sleep in the day.
