Is your doc good with doing an increase if you request it?  If so, I would be tempted to ask for it to be upped to the max to see if that helps him.

I really think it's a good place to start, if you are unsure if the reflux is controlled, a meds increase is the quickest way to determine that.

He did 6oz last night at 1:30am. At 7am he did 5 refused more then ate 2tb of solids (ended up vomiting it up probably reflux). Ate 5oz at second bottle had 3tb of solids for lunch. At 6oz at third bottle and will probably have 6/7oz for bedtime. All in all not bad but not what he was eating.. Will see if we can do a meds increase. I didn't reach him today.

No its not but I just wish he'd take mire during the day so we'd even have a prayer of weaning the night feed. He had a mix of beets, blueberries and bananas. Usually if its a consistency issue ill kbiw by thw first few spoonfula. He didnt upchuck till the end.

Until he is able to have a more varied diet, you are gonna be stuck with that night feed.  It is normal to have one until a year of age for some LOs...
