I think she is getting OT. Average A times for a 2mo is around 1hr15-20 and that would be after a full nap of 1.5hrs or more. Some of your DD's, especially later in the day, are creeping up to 1hr30-45 and she has not had a full, restorative nap before them.
Average A times and "Is my baby ready to increase A time?"I would start with pulling the A times right back to 1hr15 or so (less if she has a short nap) and see if she manages better. Bringing bedtime earlier by half an hour may also help so that she isn't doing more than a 12hr day.
Also if you feel she gets overstimulated (OS) by the bath she may do better with a bath earlier in the day. I used to do the bath when I got mine dressed in the morning. That might be worth a try, or in another A time if you have to rush for a school run first thing.
Having things hanging over LO,s head, such as those dangly toys in a gym, can also cause OS as can active older children so that may also be sometime to consider. Hard to avoid sometimes though I appreciate.
A consistent wind down routine can also help. There is an example of one here
